Passwordless, Multi-factor (MFA/2FA) login to the Palo Alto system interface

ProID enables secure two-factor login to the administration interfaces of Palo Alto systems and other tools using a mobile application and other means – smart card and tokens. Authentication with ProID Mobile is handled via supported protocols (Radius, SAML) and allows a number of authentication methods (push notifications, SMS, OTP, etc.).

Palo Alto and other SIEM, Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Endpoint Security products can be accessed using biometrics and other methods supported by smartphones.

Fallback mode with ProID Mobile method

In the event of an internet outage or the need to disconnect the entire organization from the network, we are able to ensure that authentication works in hybrid (offline) mode.
